Marcy Munich malt and Genesee Valley Vienna malt, and is lightly hopped with NY Fuggle hops. Another spell weaver, you will be quickly enchanted by this brew.

Apeachiate Cream Ale

Brewed originally for Shalooby’s wedding in the fall of 2022. This light fruity beer received great reviews, even from non-beer drinkers. Our 2023 batch was brewed with fresh peaches from Watt Farms in Albion NY. We have added just the right amount of peaches to complement the cream ale. A truly magical pairing!

Big Red Strong Ale :

The jolly old elf himself has been spotted sipping this enchanting elixer. A strong red ale with a malty backbone and just a hint of honey malt to help fight jack frost’s winter sting. Hopped with a mix of El Dorado and NY Excelsior hops to give it just the right balance of bitterness and flavor. At around 9% ABV, naughty has never felt so nice.

Borlaug the bitter :

Borlaug the bitter is striving to be a magical West Coast India Pale Ales, the likes of which you have never had. Don’t rush into drinking this beer - make sure you take time to tickle all your senses by taking in the color, body and aroma first. This beer has been named after Norman Borlaug, the Wizard in the book “The Wizard and the Prophet” by Charles Mann. Norman won a Nobel prize for his work to increase crop production in an effort to alleviate world hunger. Quite the wizard! This recipe continues to evolve after more than 8 iterations and we will not stop until it is worthy of the wizard it is named after. The latest iterations have highlighted pale malt with a little bit of Mt. Marcy Munich malt to darken the color and add flavor. A mix of Amarillo, NY Vista and Citra hops are combined with a magical hop sauce to create its hallmark bitterness and exceptional flavor. Please give it a try and share your feedback to help us push this beer to be worth of a grand wizard.

cauldron cream ale

Full of flavor and body, our cauldron cream ale is a nice bridge beer for those who typically drink those generic pilsners sold in Super Bowl commercials. Paladin Pale ale:

Our first brew ever, Paladin Pale Ale has been referred to as a “gap beer”, filling the void between a an American Ale and an Indian Pale Ale. This ale is hopped frequently through a 90 minute boil with Centennial and Citra hops to create a slightly bitter kick with light tropical fruit notes.

Pucks pomello belgian wheat

Do you remember Puck’s shenanigans when reading “a Midsummer Night’s Dream” in school? Puck has meddled with our Belgian Wheat by adding in a little bit of grapefruit and sneakily swapping out our traditional yeast with a Kviek Norwegian yeast to bring out all the fanciful flavors he adores. This medaling melody will surely make your midsummer nights a dream. Featuring a balance of Pale malt, soft white wheat and hopped with a pinch of NY Fuggle and Citra Hops.

Seriously black Stout

Slependespruke strong belgian ale

A sleeping spell for sure - typically clocking in around 9% ABV. One and you are magically transported to visit the legendary trappiest monks. Two and you are quickly ready to nap.
